I had a frustrating time with tech support. They took a while to respond. When they did, it didn’t really help. I ended up feeling like my issue wasn’t taken seriously.

I’ll admit I’m picky about battery life because I use my devices a lot throughout the day, but this one just didn’t work for me. The battery drains way faster than I expected, and then it takes forever to charge back up. i’ve been frustrated with it and wouldn’t choose it again.

I was expecting this to be a better value, but the prices felt high for what I actually got. I kept trying to be patient and give it a chance, but it felt like I was just waiting around to feel okay about spending more than I wanted to. Not really worth it for me.

I tried using Gokwh because I’ve had a good impression of the brand and wanted to stick with them, but the website made it harder than it needed to be. Pages felt slow, and I kept having to click around just to find basic information that should’ve been easy to spot.
On my phone, the layout felt cluttered and some of the buttons weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t always sure where I was supposed to go next. I still want to give them the benefit of the doubt because I like the company, but after a while I just got frustrated and gave up...

I really wanted to like this because a friend had mentioned gokwh.com to me, but the quality just wasn’t there. It felt cheap right out of the box, and it didn’t hold up for long at all. For the price, I expected something much better. I’m disappointed and don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered from gokwh.com the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated for days, and it ended up arriving much later than the date they originally showed. I get that delays can happen, but the lack of updates made it even more frustrating. Annoying when you actually need the stuff soon. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort out their delivery times.

I started a warranty claim the whole process has taken way too long. I’m still waiting for a reply, and what makes it more frustrating is that the terms seem to have changed from what I originally understood. It’s annoying to be left hanging like this.
